At the request of many, I've created the Acoustic Instrument Preset Library. This bundle contains all of the acoustic presets found in my Complete Preset Library. In total, you're getting 22 presets and 4 of my acoustic instrument impulse response packs for steel string guitar, nylon string (classical) guitar, mandolin, and ukulele. This is the answer to those who wanted to purchase only the acoustic instrument presets and IRs at a lower cost. Just like the original library, your purchase is good for all future updates. Check the first page of the .pdf included with your download for a Google Drive link that'll serve as my way of delivering the free updates to you. These are the same presets that I personally use live and they represent a few year's worth of building and tuning and testing with live performance.

I highly recommend experimenting with switching impulse responses around and trying all of them that I have in the IR packs until you find the one that sounds best to your ears. I created these presets with my instruments, but chances are you do not have the same instrument or pickup as I do. If you want the best results, it makes sense to sit down for a night and run through the different IR options. The easiest thing to do is to add a looper to the very beginning of the preset chain. Record a sample and let it play over and over again as you page through the different IRs until you find your favorite.

These presets are designed on the HX Stomp for use in stomp switch mode, but they will work across all of the Helix family units. I do not use snapshots on the original HX Stomp because it is so limiting. If you’d like to create custom snapshots on each preset, it's easy - just create a combination of the 5-8 stomps switches and save it to snapshot 1. Repeat the process for as many snapshots as you’d like. For many supporters of this library who use one of the larger Helix units (LT, floor, rack), you’ll find that these presets will cover your basic tones. I know that a lot of people like to take them and use them as the foundation for building their own custom presets around.

*Helix Native users please note that all of my presets exist in stompswitch mode. Helix Native is set up to prefer snapshots, however you can use these presets in stompswitch mode just fine. Check out the Helix Native manual pages 14 & 15 for information on loading these presets in HC (hardware compatibility) mode. When prompted, make sure you select HX Stomp XL as the original device since that is what I create these presets on.

Some of the acoustic instrument presets come in different versions depending on what type of pickuop you're using - magnetic, undersaddle, or contact piezo for example. These presets are all paired with a unqiue EQ and a custom impulse respopnse from my IR packs to get the sound of your pickup a little closer to what the instrument truly sounds like.
I'm happy to say that this preset library now includes a collection of my own impulse responses. Here is what's included:

Acoustic Guitar IR bundle: I spent a few days capturing my Eastman PCH grand auditorium flat top acoustic guitar and I've found that these corrective EQ IRs are great for getting the stock piezo tone of your acoustic to sound a bit more realistic. In total, there are 20 IRs here, each avaible in 4 different sample rates so you can use them with your Helix (48kHz) or with any other modeler or DAW. There are four types of impulse responses in this bundle - bright undersaddle piezo, dark undersaddle piezo, body tranducer, and magnetic. Select the version that matches what type of pickup you have on your guitar. Then, in each folder you will find 5 impulse responses. Generally, the “A” IR is the brightest (most treble) and the “E” IR is the darkest (the most low end) in tone. B, C, and D fall in between there. Each one has a different mid contour. Take your time and get to know them with your instrument. Understand that an Impulse Responses is a very important part to a great amplified acoustic tone, but it is not the end-all solution. It’s appropriate to expect to do a bit of work with EQ and compression to really get your tone the rest of the way there.

Classical Guitar IR bundle: I captured my old Alvarez classical guitar that I used through undergrad. It's a beautiful, dynamic instrument and I really think these IRs represent that. I came up with 9 IRs in total, meant to take the sound of your undersaddle piezo on a nylon string guitar and transform it into something much more realistic.

Ukulele IR bundle: 9 IRs to transform the undersaddle piezo tone of your ukulele into something that is much more realistic. I used my wife's Luna HTC concert ukulele (a very popular instrument and pickup).

Mandolin IR bundle: 9 IRs to take the tone from either a bridge piezo pickup or body transducers (like the K&K pickup) and transform it into something that is much more realistic. I used my Eastman A-stlye MD404 for this.

My suggestion:
